What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support and cybersecurity-focused role where I can troubleshoot real customer issues, strengthen documentation, and apply Active Directory, Azure identity access, firewall configuration, and monitoring to keep systems secure.

I’m an information technology graduate pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity, bringing hands-on experience from Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, networking, Linux, virtualization, and firewall configuration. I focus on least-privilege access, clear documentation, and dependable troubleshooting.

Through academic projects, I configured AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs, implemented RBAC with Azure security groups, and secured network traffic with enterprise firewall rules and monitored logs. These experiences strengthened my security mindset and my ability to translate requirements into working, maintainable setups.

In my remote role as a Senior Coordinator, I supported customers by phone and email, documented issues in Salesforce CRM, and processed 50+ cases daily. I collaborate across departments and continuously improve communication and technical problem-solving.
