What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in security operations and system administration, supporting enterprise users with strong troubleshooting, network infrastructure, Active Directory, and endpoint protection—while helping drive incident response and security improvements.

I’m a cybersecurity and IT professional with hands-on experience in Tier 1/2 support, Active Directory administration, networking, endpoint security, and IT/OT hardware support in enterprise mining environments. I’m CompTIA Security+ certified and focused on network infrastructure, system administration, security operations, and troubleshooting.

In my current role, I provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across enterprise sites, troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, network connectivity, and Active Directory accounts, and support endpoint protection with CrowdStrike while assisting with cybersecurity incident response. Previously, as an intern, I supported IT projects and cybersecurity policy reviews, and I’ve also built hands-on labs and exercises in areas like IoT defense, malware recreation, and wireless security assessment.
