I am an honest, dedicated Remote Support Specialist with nearly five years of experience resolving technical issues, performing hardware maintenance, and managing network devices. I communicate clearly with customers and coworkers and prioritize reliability and efficient problem resolution.

I have hands-on experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and PowerShell, and I contribute to policy management, equipment recommendations, and documentation of problem outcomes. I have mentored and onboarded new employees and conducted onsite visits to support operations.

I am actively working toward becoming a Systems Administrator and eager to continue developing skills in system administration, networking, and cybersecurity, applying practical experience from an MSP environment to improve system performance and incident response.
