I've supported customers remotely at SpeedX in the USA and at Sonrich Ashia Pvt Ltd, handling client communication, service coordination, and accurate documentation.

I'm pursuing Coastal and Marine Resources Management at the Ocean University of Sri Lanka while also studying Chemistry, Zoology, and Computer Science through the Open University of Sri Lanka. My academic work includes conference abstracts on reef macroalgae, water quality, mangroves, and tropical coastal ecosystems in Sri Lanka.

I've strengthened my practical foundation through training in Quality Improvement and Management, Custom House Agency, ocean governance, fisheries, first aid, and Tamil. I also contribute to environmental awareness, climate campaigns, event hosting, and beach cleanups through volunteer and media activities.
