What I'm looking for

I seek roles in IT or process automation where I can apply RPA training, customer-service experience, and leadership skills to improve operations and drive continuous improvement.

I am an undergraduate in Computer Science with hands-on experience in customer service and data processing at HSBC Data Processing Lanka Ltd, where I served as a pod/team leader, hosted daily huddles, presented business plans to clients, and produced month-end performance summaries. I am completing an RPA configuration course in Blue Prism University and have strong Microsoft Office expertise, communication skills, and a track record of accuracy and fast learning.

I approach problems with a logical, analytical mindset and enjoy working in teams to deliver projects on deadline; I am self-motivated, client-focused, and committed to continuous improvement and professional growth in IT and automation.
