What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Customer Service Representative role where I can use empathy, active listening, conflict-resolution training, and organized communication to provide exceptional customer support.

I'm pursuing a BA in Psychology at the University of Ghana while building practical strengths in communication, active listening, conflict de-escalation, and organized support.

As a group research and presentation lead, I coordinated a five-member team, resolved group challenges, and turned complex findings into clear presentations. I also host weekly peer study sessions, respond to inquiries supportively, and help classmates understand difficult concepts.
