What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer, customer care, or community support role where I can use empathetic communication, active listening, confidentiality, and problem-solving to help people feel heard and supported.

I've supported students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders as a course tutor at the University of Cape Coast's College of Distance Education since 2012. I listen carefully, build trust, and help people navigate sensitive concerns with patience and respect.

My background in Guidance and Counselling helps me manage emotional conversations, resolve interpersonal difficulties, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries. I'm comfortable communicating across diverse backgrounds while protecting confidentiality.

I'm seeking a remote customer or community support role where I can contribute through live chat, email, digital communication, problem resolution, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel heard and supported.
