I’m looking for remote or contract roles where I can own omnichannel CRM and retention programs—designing lifecycle journeys, optimizing across push, email, and WhatsApp, and using data to improve engagement and conversions.

I’m a CRM and lifecycle marketing specialist with 2 years of experience designing and executing data-driven retention strategies for high-growth e-commerce. I currently manage 100+ monthly CRM campaigns at Myntra (Flipkart Group), working across push, in-app, email, and WhatsApp to improve engagement and conversion.

I design behavioral segments using recency, frequency, and engagement triggers, and I translate performance metrics like delivery rate, open rate, and CTR into optimization decisions. I’ve also redesigned audience exclusion and suppression logic with product and tech teams to reduce customer over-communication while maintaining zero errors against strict brand SLAs and timelines.

I take end-to-end ownership of loyalty outcomes too—most notably the coupon strategy for the INSIDER loyalty program to support retention of high-value customers. Before CRM, I managed full-funnel social media content for 5+ clients, grew average follower count 2x within 6 months, and built WhatsApp and Telegram communities using performance tracking and weekly reporting.
