I seek a data-driven CRM/loyalty role where I can scale retention programs, lead personalization and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable uplift in engagement and LTV.

I am a CRM and loyalty professional with close to 10 years' experience building retention, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programs across retail, fashion, BFSI, and QSR. I specialize in audience segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys using platforms such as Bloomreach Engagement (Exponea), MoEngage, and Pardot.

In my current role I oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle management, scaled a loyalty program from 1.8M to 3.4M members, improved redemption economics and drove double-digit AOV and basket-size gains through catalog personalization and product recommendations. I have led programmatic personalization shifts that replaced generic campaigns with automated, targeted journeys and bolstered campaign analytics and training across brand teams.

Earlier roles strengthened my technical and analytical foundation — executing Pardot campaigns that improved lead conversion, running A/B tests to lift CTR, and using data sources such as Statista, ZoomInfo, and Hoovers to boost lead quality and sales outcomes. I am collaborative, metrics-driven, and focused on aligning CRM strategy with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
