What I'm looking for
I am a CRM and loyalty professional with close to 10 years' experience building retention, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programs across retail, fashion, BFSI, and QSR. I specialize in audience segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys using platforms such as Bloomreach Engagement (Exponea), MoEngage, and Pardot.
In my current role I oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle management, scaled a loyalty program from 1.8M to 3.4M members, improved redemption economics and drove double-digit AOV and basket-size gains through catalog personalization and product recommendations.
