I’m a Front Office Supervisor who thrives on delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. I handle guest communication and front-desk workflows with a focus on smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.

At Mercure Hotel, I managed front desk operations and supervised the reception team, ensuring high service standards. I also brought strong team leadership and communication practices to daily guest-facing work.

In parallel, I’ve supported customers as a Customer Support Agent, assisting people with iGaming questions and dVolunteer requests via online chats, emails, and calls. I enjoy staying responsive, organized, and service-minded in fast-moving environments.

Outside of work, I contribute through community service and enjoy event planning as an Event Organizer. I’m currently studying Psychology and bring that curiosity and people-focused mindset into how I lead and support others.
