I’m looking for a senior enterprise account role where I can own international growth, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, and build partner/channel programmes—ideally with a collaborative, multi-stakeholder team and room for measurable expansion.

I’m a senior global account management and business development professional with 15+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B relationships across international markets, including SaaS and globally distributed software platforms. I build and execute structured account plans that grow and retain large commercial portfolios through proactive relationship management, disciplined pipeline management, and KPI-driven reviews.

In my current Enterprise Business Development Manager role (Plastic Bank), I manage a €15M international enterprise portfolio, act as primary commercial contact for relationship health, and lead renewal conversations and expansion opportunities. I negotiate commercial terms with an emphasis on both retention and revenue quality, coordinate across product/legal/support across countries for seamless delivery, and bring 10+ years of expert Salesforce CRM experience alongside a strong account management toolset. Previously, at eir I led teams and partner programs, delivering major revenue growth and earning Call Centre Manager of the Year (2022), and earlier I co-led partnerships across multi-jurisdiction legal and financial relationships.
