At Interaction DesignLab, I built a production pipeline connecting Claude to Figma and code, and helped deliver AI-powered workflows for client projects. For AnchorMD, I led the UX and UI for a telehealth platform, creating its Figma design system, patient onboarding flows, and lifecycle campaign system; the work reduced user drop-off by 40%.

Previously, at Razorfish, I led the UX and UI redesign for Bridgestone Firestone Direct, improving booking completion by 23% and reducing mobile bounce by 30%.
