Francella Campos Cortéz

I’m a UX/UI Developer with over a year of experience designing and developing user-centered digital products. I create and implement interfaces for billing, inventory, and document management modules, combining Figma prototyping with front-end development to enhance usability and efficiency.

In my recent work, I participated in the design and engineering of a legal document management platform. I mapped and analyzed user flows to detect optimization opportunities, crafted intuitive user interfaces, and partnered with stakeholders to turn requirements into user-centered solutions.

Alongside UX design, I bring hands-on front-end development to every project. I contributed to billing, inventory, and Point of Sale (POS) modules by implementing interactive components, supporting continuous improvement driven by user feedback, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.

Right now, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in UX, using Design Thinking methodologies, user research, and usability testing to transform business requirements into intuitive, measurable solutions. My approach is grounded in usability and clarity—so users can complete tasks faster, with fewer friction points.
