At Walmart (CAM Region), I designed systems across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Store Operations, and Data to improve visibility and decision-making. I replaced manual workflows with structured digital systems and helped reduce errors by up to ~80% and execution time by up to ~60% across key workflows.

For Walmart’s returnables work, I contributed to approximately $1M in annual savings by improving tracking and reducing container loss. I also worked on pallet label scanning and store expense control, supporting better inventory control and financial decision-making.

At Mascotería Global / Expomascotería MG, I led end-to-end execution of events across Costa Rica, coordinating design, marketing, and operations. I designed experience strategies to increase engagement and sponsor value.
