What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own technical products end-to-end, lead Agile delivery, and implement automation with strong data governance—working closely with C-level stakeholders to improve telecom-grade operations.

I’m a Senior Technical Product Owner & Project Manager recognized for delivering high-impact digital transformation and infrastructure solutions for global Tier-1 telecommunications carriers. I bridge complex engineering requirements with strategic business goals to drive operational excellence.

In my recent role as Technical Support & Agile Project Lead, I’ve led end-to-end Agile product ownership: managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira, and running refinement sessions with key clients. I also directed service migration projects for ENTEL, aligning timelines, cross-functional resources, and project risks to achieve successful deliveries ahead of projected schedules.

I focus heavily on practical innovation—especially low-code delivery. I designed and deployed a custom internal software ecosystem using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint) to centralize inventory tracking, automate workflows, and streamline approvals.

Strong stakeholder alignment and data governance are core to how I work. I’ve supported C-level communication, vendor and client management across borders, and implemented secure Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments with robust permission policies to ensure compliance. Earlier, I also led large multi-disciplinary technical teams and handled platform and network engineering across major telecom environments.
