What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end recruiting and people operations in a remote-first environment—coaching teams, using HRIS data to drive improvements, and handling confidential employee matters with care.

I’m a bilingual recruiter and people operations professional with hands-on experience across the full talent lifecycle—sourcing, structured skills assessments, interview coordination, and onboarding. I’m comfortable managing sensitive, confidential information and coordinating across time zones in fast-moving, remote-first environments.

In my recent role as Team Lead — People & Operations Support, I manage end-to-end employee case files (onboarding, performance, and offboarding) for a 10–15 person team while maintaining strict confidentiality. I also lead coaching and development planning, and I own scheduling and time-off administration in Dayforce HRIS with accurate records.

Alongside recruiting work as an independent contractor, I supported an executive team with candidate screening, structured skills assessments, and offer logistics, while maintaining confidential candidate and employee records in HRIS-style tracking systems. I bring a relationship-centered approach to stakeholder and partner coordination from volunteer experience, translating priorities into organized execution.
