I’m a People Operations professional focused on building people-first workplaces and ensuring Employee Engagement, while keeping HR operations run efficiently and effectively. I partner with leaders across LATAM to support every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Throughout my work, I lead initiatives in engagement, culture, wellbeing, HR operations, onboarding, benefits administration, internal Payroll Coordination, and HR compliance. I also support employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices.

I enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and making work easier for both employees and leaders. I’m known for a collaborative approach, strong organizational skills, and the belief that exceptional employee experiences come from thoughtful operations and genuine human connections.
