Andrea Mendoza

I’m a Licensed Psychologist with experience spanning Human Resources, recruitment, international coordination, and public healthcare. I bring bilingual communication and a structured, people-centered approach to hiring and employee support.

In my Human Resources Coordinator role, I co-led recruitment processes by screening CVs and conducting bilingual interviews. I also coordinated end-to-end onboarding and handled contract administration, while designing employee well-being workshops to support day-to-day engagement.

I’ve contributed to selection decisions through psychological evaluation reports and standardized hiring documentation. I’m comfortable working in high-pressure environments, using active listening, conflict resolution, and crisis-intervention skills learned through my public-facing clinical experience.

Beyond HR, I coordinated logistics and onboarding for international volunteer programs, leading groups of up to 50 volunteers. I’m now seeking opportunities in HR, People Operations, Recruitment, and Client Support where cross-cultural collaboration and measurable support for people are valued.
