What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable global People programs, automate high-impact HR workflows, and use workforce data to improve employee and manager experiences across distributed organizations.

At Passport Global, I support 150+ international employees across LATAM, Egypt, and Eurasia within a 250+ employee organization. I partner with managers, senior leaders, and executives across the employee lifecycle, from employee relations and payroll to recruiting and workforce insights.

I've contributed to 50+ international hires, automated approximately 90% of onboarding, and reduced hands-on onboarding time from 60+ minutes to about 15 minutes per new hire. Using n8n, Rippling, Ashby, ChartHop, and AI tools, I've reduced manual effort across targeted People processes by an estimated 70%.

I've built People programs and HR roadmaps from the ground up, turning administrative HR work into strategic support for development, culture, and manager enablement. I bring 7+ years of experience across global People Operations, HR technology, employee experience, analytics, and organizational development.
