At Valmet, I managed a portfolio of more than 15 customers in five countries, with annual order intake of €2.5 million and 8% annual growth. I managed the full sales cycle for industrial automation, technical services, and performance improvement solutions.
I renewed and expanded service contracts, including remote support, 24/7 assistance, and preventive maintenance. As Service Engineering Manager, I coordinated Advanced Process Control (APC) and optimization services for energy and pulp and paper customers.
Earlier at Valmet, I led APC projects for pulp and paper producers in Brazil and Latin America, spanning process areas from causticizing and lime kilns to recovery boilers. At Andritz, I implemented and optimized process controls and supported APC solutions across Brazil and Northern Europe.
I also worked in quality auditing and outsourced engineering at Positivo Informática, supporting product introduction and developing databases for quality data. I’m an Electrical Engineer with an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
