At Nokia, I manage technical operations for IP Networks framework agreements with telecommunications operators. I work with customer engineering teams to define solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate project execution.
I automated the quotation process for one of Latin America’s largest accounts using VBA and Python. The change reduced processing time from 15–20 minutes per file to approximately two minutes across three control and submission files, while eliminating manual price and quantity entry errors.
Previously, I supported IP Networks accounts at Nokia and worked at WIN SOLAR troubleshooting photovoltaic equipment and analyzing electrical and protection panels. At SOTEC - SOLUÇÕES TÉCNICAS, I inspected electrical panels and prepared technical reports and maintenance, operation, and control plans for air-conditioning systems.
