What I'm looking for

I am looking for a technical leadership role in industrial maintenance or automation where I can improve reliability, lead continuous improvements, mentor teams, and enhance safety and operational efficiency.

I am an electro-electronic professional with over 30 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation and process control across textiles, paper and self-adhesive packaging sectors. I combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic vision to drive system reliability and operational continuity.

I have deep experience with Siemens S7-300 PLCs, HMI, instrumentation, drives and electrical networks, and I have led maintenance programs, safety system updates and equipment improvement projects that increased efficiency and uptime. I also bring quality management practice with Kaizen, Kanban and Just-in-Time methodologies.

As an entrepreneur and educator, I have developed and delivered technical training, standardized maintenance procedures and supported engineering and process teams to implement continuous improvements.
