At RKG Contracting, I develop HR and operational systems spanning performance management, financial oversight, insurance compliance, Buildertrend, and scalable construction workflows.
Previously at Denver Kids, I led operations, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, HR, budgeting, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback processes. I also trained leadership in conflict mediation and progressive coaching.
As Program Director, I managed a 25-person program team, partnered with senior leadership on program events, and oversaw execution for services supporting more than 1,000 individuals.
