I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills and contribute to a dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry.

I am a self-motivated and intelligent individual with a Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism from the Technical University of Kenya. My passion for customer service drives me to excel in communication and negotiation, ensuring that I meet organizational goals while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience through attachments at Kenya Airports Authority and the Ministry of Tourism, as well as volunteering with Sironka Adventures. My achievements include designing successful tour packages and implementing projects to enhance traveler experiences at Kisumu International Airport.
