What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven organization where I can lead multi-site operations and HR, strengthen people systems and performance management, and partner with leaders to build clear accountabilities and continuous improvement.

I have spent over 15 years at the intersection of people and systems, building the organizational infrastructure that quietly makes everything else possible. As Operations & Human Resources Manager at Hope Alive!, I oversee operations and HR across five program sites, supporting more than 450 students and families, while working closely with senior leadership on annual planning and oversight for programs with a budget exceeding UGX 1 billion. I also serve as the primary organizational focal point for external audits—coordinating preparation, documentation, engagement, and follow-through on recommendations since 2018.

Through my consultancy, Educierge Consults, I support organizations navigating recruitment challenges, restructuring, and performance improvement, helping leaders build clearer roles and stronger accountability. I’ve developed foundational policies where none previously existed (including a Data Protection Policy and Staff Onboarding Framework), standardized job descriptions and role profiles, and designed performance appraisal tools linked directly to measurable indicators. Grounded in my dissertation exploring the relationship between work environment and employee empowerment, I’m motivated by creating systems that help people succeed—then translating that insight into practical processes teams can consistently run and improve.
