What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting humanitarian and international organizations through global recruitment, HR operations, HRIS, employee lifecycle management, inclusive people practices, and strategic HR partnership.

I've supported people operations and recruitment across Mastercard Foundation, FAO, UNHCR, and the International Rescue Committee, with more than six years in humanitarian HR.

At Mastercard Foundation, I manage employee lifecycle transactions, employee records in Workday and Dayforce, onboarding, performance cycles, contract extensions, and coordination across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, and external providers.

I've led recruitment, HRIS, policy, performance management, and workforce reporting work for international organizations, including the rollout of IRC's Cornerstone OnDemand recruitment and ATS system. I bring practical experience supporting inclusive people practices, confidential HR operations, and timely staffing for complex organizational needs.
