What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality- and customer-focused role where I can drive bookings and membership sales, use Excel and database skills to keep information accurate, and deliver warm, personalized service with real room to grow.

I’m a hospitality and customer-experience professional who turns inquiries into bookings and customers into repeat business. I bring strong communication, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-first mindset to every reservation, sale, and service interaction.

In my current role with Crystal Cruises as a Trade Reservations Consultant, I drove cruise bookings by promoting itineraries, offers, and upgrades to travel advisors. I delivered high-level customer service by handling inquiries, changes, and issue resolution while maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

Earlier, at CLS Life/4050 Lofts, I built strong relationships with travel partners to increase repeat business. I earned an Award for most leases sold, most upgrades, and maintained accuracy across reservations, pricing, and client details—work that led me to further responsibilities in database-related support.

I also gained hands-on experience across guest-facing and operations roles, including Sales Associate/Customer Service Administrator at Pure Barre, Property Management Assistant, Leasing Professional, and Spa Hostess at Walt Disney World. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and I enjoy creating personalized experiences through public speaking, organization, and leadership.
