I’m looking for a full-time remote role in customer support, administrative support, order support, or operations—where I can handle customer questions and issues quickly, manage scheduling and invoices, and maintain accurate payment and order records.

I’m a reliable, adaptable customer support and operations professional with experience handling customer needs in high-volume environments. I communicate clearly, resolve problems professionally, and work independently while staying organized and responsive.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Live Commerce Sales Representative through Independent/TikTok Shop, presenting and selling products via live online broadcasts. During a peak one-week period, I generated approximately $40,000 in gross merchandise value, while answering questions in real time, explaining products, handling objections, and encouraging purchasing decisions.

Previously, I supported office and operations as an Office & Operations Assistant at Urban Acres Landscaping Company.
