I’m looking for a remote customer service, virtual assistant, administrative support, or data entry position where I can use my communication, order processing, scheduling, and payment accuracy to resolve issues efficiently and deliver a consistently positive experience.

I’m a detail-oriented customer service and administrative professional with 8+ years supporting customers, managing orders, and coordinating daily operations in fast-paced environments. I’m known for strong organization, professionalism, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

As an Office Assistant, I manage customer inquiries about rentals, returns, pricing, and service details through phone, email, and in-person communication. I process customer orders accurately, enter information into company systems, prepare load sheets for fulfillment teams, and coordinate scheduling and weekly order preparation.

I handle payments with accuracy—processing deposits, invoices, and transaction documentation—and I keep detailed records of deliveries, returns, damaged items, and missing inventory. I also respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, collaborating with team members to improve workflow organization and customer satisfaction.

Before that, I served as a Team Lead at Four Seasons Family Restaurant, where I delivered excellent guest service by managing seating, reservations, to-go orders, and customer requests. I operated cash registers, resolved customer complaints quickly, and supported team operations during high-volume hours while staying focused and professional.
