What I'm looking for

I am looking for a Customer Service position or a data capturer job.

I am a determined and a very ambitious individual with experience in different avenues of Customer Service. I am a very flexible individual. Highly analytical and can easily adapt to any working environment, as long as there is a challenge.

I possess very good interpersonal skills, human relation skills, multi-tasking and problem solving skills, with great aplomb and efficiency. I am energetic, self-driven, enthusiastic and performance driven. My computer knowledge includes MS Word, Power-Point and MS Excel, Ms Access, E-mail , SAP, CRM and data capturing skills. As someone who works a lot with numbers, attention to detail is one of my other qualities and therefore in my environment there is no margin for error as any error can be very costly for any business. In with my experience it different avenues of customer service it has taught me that first time resolution is important and customer satisfaction is the main goal.
