I’m seeking a customer service or call-center role to apply my communication, problem-solving and sales skills, work collaboratively, meet targets, and grow into increased responsibility.

I am a customer service professional with nearly 7 years in customer service across sales, outbound and inbound call centres, and walk-in assistance. I pride myself on strong communication, time management and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

I have supported customers across telecoms, energy and financial services — assisting with SiriusXm activations and payments, Vodafone billing and add-ons, Boost Power energy meters, and Nedbank banking enquiries and account openings. I routinely log complaints, process refunds, and troubleshoot technical and billing issues.

My day-to-day experience includes upselling, booking engineer appointments, SIM activations and swaps, blacklisting/unblacklisting devices, and capturing customer data in CRMs. I consistently deliver exceptional phone and in-store service while following up on pending applications and resolving escalations.
