What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply qualitative and mixed-methods research, service evaluation, and clear reporting to improve products, services, and user experiences through evidence-based decisions.

At Leanseed, I scope, plan, and conduct qualitative and mixed-methods UX research, turning interviews, usability findings, observations, and stakeholder inputs into insight reports, journey maps, frameworks, and opportunity areas.

At the University of South Africa, I support research, service evaluation, and student-support improvement across a large national higher-education environment. I analyse survey, service, and feedback data; identify behavioural patterns and access barriers; and translate findings into recommendations, presentations, and Power BI dashboards that inform operational and strategic decisions.

I've also curated research and survey resources for the HSRC's Evi-Pol project, co-designed a Survey Toolkit, and maintained a WordPress resource site for higher-education counselling professionals.
