What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create customer-centered digital products where I can turn research, user needs, and business requirements into intuitive experiences, while contributing to scalable design systems and collaborating across product teams.

I've designed user-centered digital experiences for enterprise and banking clients at IQbusiness, translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and implementation-ready specifications.

My work spans UX research at Nedbank, design-system rebuilds for Gigantiq, and product design for BizzHub Connect. I use research, journey mapping, usability reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to create practical customer-centered solutions.
