What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can improve customer experiences end-to-end—running user research, mapping journeys, and designing accessible mobile and web interfaces. I want to collaborate cross-functionally to turn business needs into intuitive digital solutions.

I’m a detail-oriented UX/UI Designer focused on improving customer experiences across digital touchpoints—mobile, web, and self-service. I design user-centred experiences from research through high-fidelity UI, translating complex information into clear user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes.

In my current UX Research & Experience Design Associate role, I run user research (interviews, surveys, and desk research) and produce UX deliverables like personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interaction models. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify user experiences, support usability improvements and accessibility-focused experiences, and create design systems and UI components in Figma.
