What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use research to uncover root causes, advocate for users, and help teams translate evidence into practical, shippable improvements—especially in complex, low-maturity, resource-constrained environments.

At Daktari Bush School & Wildlife Orphanage, I rebuilt job-hunting programme recruitment using a screening survey, reducing pre-programme drop-off from about 40% to about 5% per season. I also introduced research-file systems, improved accessible volunteer materials, and secured stakeholder buy-in for UX changes in a zero-budget environment with no prior UX practice.

I work where research is hardest: across low UX maturity, tight budgets, and cross-cultural constraints. Through mixed-methods research, surveys, stakeholder communication, and multilingual facilitation, I trace symptoms to root causes and advocate for users in rooms where their voices have not been heard.
