What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can guide people through important decisions, communicate clearly across channels, and contribute to an engaging service experience.

I'm currently an Inside Sales Guide at Rivian, where I nurture inbound leads by phone, email, and chat, provide product and pricing information, and schedule demo drives.

Previously, I guided students and families through admissions at St. Andrews University and represented Charlotte FC at community events. I bring a BA in Communication, strong public speaking, adaptable communication, and a customer-focused approach.
