I’m an Admissions Advisor at Post University, where I provide guidance and support for prospective students throughout the admissions process. I’ve consistently exceeded the target goal of 18 students, averaging $90,000 in revenue per term.

Since Oct 2022, I’ve worked as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker, guiding clients through property buying and selling processes to support successful closings. I build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up, negotiate offers for favorable outcomes, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Previously, I served as a Customer Service Member in the Independence Pet group, resolving client inquiries and claims issues with empathy and efficiency. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Crew Trainer, helping teams run smoothly by greeting customers, taking orders, and suggesting menu items and add-ons to increase revenue. I coached new crew members on restaurant practices and protocols—skills I still bring to training and referral outreach today.
