What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Japanese-support role where I can combine bilingual communication with fast, accurate issue resolution for customers or end-users—troubleshooting Microsoft/web and account/payment issues, guiding users clearly, and continuously improving service while following SOPs.

I’m a Japanese-speaking support professional who enjoys turning complex issues into clear next steps for customers and end-users. I bring both hands-on technical experience and customer-focused communication, including honorific Japanese.

My background began with a Technical Intern Trainee role at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation Okazaki Plant in Japan, where I supported production by assembling car dashboard panels and preparing parts for delivery using an automated guided vehicle (AGV).

In customer support roles, I managed real-time client needs across online platforms. At Maklook Corporation, I handled deposits, withdrawals, technical issues, and miscalculated bets while performing verification checks before withdrawal processing; at TMJ Philippines BPO Services, I supported delivery concerns, payment/promotion questions, and generated customer documents such as invoices and voucher delivery notes.

I continued expanding my support scope with Japanese bilingual work at Inspiro Relia, managing ticketing inquiries through calls and emails, verifying seating and event details, and guiding customers through purchases and listing steps.
