I'm looking for a customer service or administrative role where I can resolve customer needs, support efficient daily operations, collaborate with a team, and continue adapting to new systems and responsibilities.

I've supported customers and operations across retail, call centres, hospitality, travel, and administration, including roles at Exclusive Books, United Call Center, Minx Mouse Trading, and East London Golf Shop. I resolve customer concerns, manage queries, scheduling, data entry, invoices, stock, and daily administrative workflows with professionalism.

As a former Senior Branch Manager at Exclusive Books, I oversaw daily operations, merchandising, stock control, financial controls, banking, reporting, and client relationships. I also run Fancy Frostings ZA, bringing a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to service, time management, and meeting deadlines.
