At Leidos, I manage enterprise IT deployments across the National Capital Region, coordinating laptops, desktops, printers, MFPs, infrastructure assets, schedules, resources, and customer requirements.

I've administered BMC Remedy ITSM environments supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset, and Service Level Management. I’ve maintained platform performance, managed access controls and integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and ADDM, and developed dashboards and reports for leadership.

Across Leidos, HPE, Sotera Defense Solutions, ManTech, and American Systems, I’ve supported DoD and enterprise environments through desktop support, Active Directory administration, system troubleshooting, asset deployments, and incident resolution. I’m Security+ certified and am completing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity.
