At Northrop Grumman, I support a Special Access Program by administering and securing classified Windows environments. I use SCCM/MECM, PowerShell, Active Directory, VMware/vSphere, Cisco networking, and STIG/SCAP controls to patch systems, automate operations, protect availability, and maintain compliance.
I've also delivered Tier 2/3 support at General Dynamics IT and desktop support for mission-critical users at Strategic Insight. As a U.S. Army Network Administrator, I maintained LAN/WAN and communications systems, configured Cisco equipment and encryption devices, and supported deployments across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan.
