What I'm looking for

I am looking for a dynamic role that allows me to leverage my customer service skills while offering opportunities for growth and development.

I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Nairobi, pursuing a BSc in Statistics. My academic journey has been complemented by valuable work experience in the customer care sector, particularly at Jumia Kenya and Transnett Kenya. I pride myself on being a great team player, fluent in both English and Kiswahili, and dedicated to providing excellent service.

During my time at Jumia Kenya, I served as a Call Centre Operator, where I handled customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Prior to that, as a Vendor Operator, I managed supplier relationships and contributed to team training, which helped foster a collaborative work environment. My early experience as a Sales Representative at Neo Marketing Agency allowed me to develop strong outreach skills, leading to a significant increase in company sales.
