I'm looking to create connections through client services, brand communication, digital advertising, and social media work where I can use data-powered insights to support retention, identify growth opportunities, and build effective strategies.

At Kargo, I managed communication for 40+ clients, launched targeted digital advertising campaigns, and used performance data to uncover upsell opportunities and strengthen retention.

I've also built direct-response creative, managed social media, and created TikTok content that grew a Dairy Queen account to 35,000 followers and 318,000 total likes. Through my Etsy wedding stationery business and content work for Instant Gaming, I combine brand-focused communication, digital design, trend research, and clear customer-focused storytelling.
