I am actively seeking a full remote position in the IT field that aligns with my skills and aspirations. I am particularly interested in joining a company that values continuous learning and professional development. 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, ERP software, defect management, help desk operations, knowledge transfer, and exceptional customer service, I have developed a robust skill set that enhances user experience and drives operational efficiency.

My diverse background includes working on international projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. As I pursue my AWS certification, I am keen to leverage my expertise and passion for technology to contribute meaningfully to innovate IT projects.

As a creative problem solver, I believe technology must be used to deliver better experiences, products, and services for people. I have good knowledge and I’m still studying front-end development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also have several years with troubleshooting in accounting and IT.
