What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in Technical Support, IT Support, Customer Support, or Operations where I can solve customer problems and apply my technical background in web systems, APIs, databases, Git, and Docker.

I've supported customers, sales, inventory, and daily operations at Rede Construir – Hennig Materiais de Construção, resolving needs in person and by phone while coordinating with suppliers.

At Quita Soluções Financeiras, I developed and maintained an internal web system and built responsive website interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and MySQL.

I'm pursuing a Computer Science degree and bring experience developing RESTful APIs, testing applications, and working with Git, Docker, React, and agile practices. I'm seeking remote Technical Support, IT Support, Customer Support, or Operations opportunities.
