My career has consistently centered on project management, operations, and strategy, taking complex initiatives, organizing the people and processes behind them, and moving them from planning through successful execution.
I have led national teams, launched eight campaigns across multiple markets, facilitated client and stakeholder meetings, managed hiring and training, coordinated events and field operations, and developed processes that support performance and execution. My experience spans nonprofit campaigns, healthcare insurance, technology, sales, and customer experience, giving me a broad perspective on managing projects across different environments.
I have also completed Google’s Project Execution: Running the Project coursework, strengthening my formal training in stakeholder communication, project tracking, risk and issue management, quality management, continuous improvement, team dynamics, and project closeout.
