I’m looking for a customer-focused operations role where I can lead delivery/sales workflows, coach teams, and streamline customer relations and scheduling—while continuing to grow into business leadership.

I’m a customer-focused operations and delivery professional who enjoys turning day-to-day execution into a great customer experience. With a B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (GPA: 3.4), I bring a steady, analytical mindset to service, sales, and workflow improvements.

My experience spans customer-facing and operations roles, including retail sales where I mentored new associates and increased customer service feedback scores. At Amazon, I built reliable execution as a Warehouse Associate and developed dispatching and coaching skills while managing a fleet of drivers.

Most recently, I’ve been supporting delivery and sales operations as a Senior delivery specialist at Rivian, handling day-to-day delivery processes, ensuring customers are comfortable with the product, and coordinating pick ups of new vehicles. I’ve also gained management-track exposure through Enterprise Management Trainee and assistant manager work, where I supported operations and worked on streamlining customer relations and maintenance scheduling.
