I’m a results-driven Operations and Customer Experience professional with experience supporting logistics, transportation, operational reporting, customer relations, and team coordination. I’m at my best where clear processes, accurate data, and responsive service keep operations moving.
In my current role at MURPHY USA as a Customer Service / Retail Operations professional, I handle customer support, operations, transactions, and fast-paced service execution. I focus on dependable execution and consistent communication to keep customers and internal teams aligned.
Previously, I coordinated logistics as a Semi Truck Driver / Logistics Coordinator at Gulf Coast Paper, where I supported transportation and operational needs. Earlier experience with Amazon DSP Delivery Operations Support, plus roles as a Customer Service Representative and Assistant Manager at Refuel, strengthened my ability to manage day-to-day customer interactions, scheduling, and operational follow-through.
