I am a reliable, adaptable operations and delivery professional with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. I hold a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and bring years of hands-on experience across delivery, courier, and car wash operations.

In my recent roles I delivered high-volume routes—handling 200–400 packages and 140–190 stops per day—while also serving as a shift lead and senior assistant manager responsible for cash control, staff supervision, customer escalation, and site maintenance. I consistently manage loading/unloading, order verification, and daily operational tasks with attention to detail.
