Across Norfolk and San Diego, I've managed clinic workflows, staff development, patient access, scheduling, quality improvement, and operational reporting. I built virtual triage and communication workflows, coordinated staffing and resources, and used dashboards and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency across patient care operations.

I've also supported 144 clinics and approximately 696 personnel, helping manage an $8.3M operational budget, launch new practice sites, configure EHR systems, and maintain compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS, Department of Defense, and reimbursement requirements.
